Exploring the coexistence of space and human interaction, this project centers on a structure that highlights a prized log as a focal element, shaping the experience through varying frames of perspective. The design task emphasizes circulation and fluid movement across the site, guiding visitors through intentional paths and visual encounters.

Design Statement
The structure’s design is centered on the prized log, serving as an anchor that influences how space is experienced. By thoughtfully positioning the log, different frames of perspective are created, prompting viewers to engage with the space from unique vantage points as they move through the site.

Circulation Statement
Circulation plays a vital role in the spatial experience, directing flow around the log while maintaining a sense of openness. Pathways are designed to be intuitive, creating a natural rhythm that guides movement and interaction, enhancing the connection between spaces within the structure.

Representation Statement
To communicate the project’s vision, hand-drawn axonometric views, sections, floor plans, and perspectives are presented. Each drawing serves to illustrate the relationship between spatial elements, circulation, and focal points, capturing the structure’s essence and the intended experience.
